Our refund policy is the policy that describes when we will issue refunds and what we shall be liable for in the event of such a claim. The registration for any of our services implies that you agree with and accept the terms and conditions enshrined in this refund policy.
At OFA WEBTEK IT SERVICES, Australia’s innovative digital agency, all projects are created with a final product in view. The solution is just as much a client’s responsibility as a consultant’s. Hence, any situation arising out of dissatisfaction with services should be dealt with as patiently and amicably as possible. Only when it has gone wrong should that be considered a reason to issue a refund.

Eligibility for full refunds:

Full refunds in case the project has not commenced or if the design style is not sent to the client, even in the beginning stage. Refund conditions are initiated after collecting upfront payments and details of the project, and a refund is provided within 7 days. This period begins when the client fills out a questionnaire sent to them at the time of initial payment.
For digital marketing or even SEO service, if the client pays upfront and provides login IDs and passwords to all of our marketing portals, but there is no report of website analysis sent to the client within 7 days of receipt of the log-in credentials, it becomes eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund Analysis:

Any failure to deliver according to our policy once the initial design style has been approved will, however, be partially refunded by the proportion of work completed according to the effective amount done at the moment a client chooses to cancel.

Previous months of web hosting services will not be reimbursed. Accounts for hosting services are created during the order request and are assigned specific amounts of server resources for the purchased plans. Payment is not refused even if the account was not paid by the client. Hosting accounts are not canceled unless informed in writing by the client or after 15 days following the due date of payment. Should the customer have availed of free services as part of their hosting plan purchase, the cost of those services will be deducted from any refund.

In an SEO project, if there is no improvement at all (Not Page Rank improvement, improvement of page ranking depends on many factors) after the initial 30 days of the contract, then the client is entitled to have a partial payment. The reason for partial payment of a full refund is collected due to providing a lot of manpower required to carry on the SEO campaign.

If a combo project has multiple services, for example, one case is when a client approaches us as a one-stop shop for Web development and SEO. After one month, if we cannot complete part of one assignment (for example, we could have done 90% of the SEO and 10% still incomplete), then the client qualifies for partial refund.

For combo projects, in case a service is implemented while another remains incomplete, the client is entitled to a partial refund. If the projects are, for example, web development projects that are begun but none work on the SEO project, then one would receive a partial refund for the SEO project.

Refunds Are Not Applicable

We are committed to providing high standards of professional service to all our clients. If you are not content with the development of your new website design, a refund guarantee exists for the advance paid; however, there are certain situations where we would not be able to offer a refund.

Domain registration and SSL payments are excluded from any refund policy since those are purchased from a third party, and ownership is transferred into your account. Domain name registration/domain transfer, or any domain service, will not be refunded. From the moment you purchase your domain name, you own it, and it cannot be returned until the expiration period.

The client is not entitled to a refund when the fault occurs on the client’s side. We stop at each project milestone to update its clients with work progress reports. Should there be a failure on the part of the client to respond within the stipulated time; consequently delaying the project, we will not be able to process a refund.

Refunds cannot be processed once the website is completed. For any work for which service has been provided already. Later on, if the client is dissatisfied at any level with the work, he must bring this to the attention of our project manager immediately and request discounts for work not done satisfactorily; any matters taken up after that will not be dealt with.

Before getting into any project, we do require our clients to fill out a questionnaire with respect to the objectivity of the project. If failure to provide project requirements causes a problem, and the client has made the initial payment, then in this case, a refund will not be granted.

For any web development project, our client must fill the required answers in our questionnaire on or before the stipulated time, else after 7 days if any such request for refund comes, it will be denied. The project refund must indicate that the completed project has already been uploaded on the server and shall not be eligible for any refund.

Milestone

The Organization uses development milestones as the basis for its work. It always denotes an event of great importance to an activity’s lifecycle, such as the momentous completion of any key deliverable within the project. Payment milestones are when an organization considers the payments at respective key deliverables of the development milestones will be agreed upon by both parties - the company and client before receiving a project.

In the event of any dispute over a milestone payment, remember that the amounts previously paid regarding previous milestones will not be returned because the previous key deliverables have already been done and delivered. Only the challenged development milestone payment will be taken into account and contested for reimbursement.

In case any dispute arises regarding the milestone payment, it shall be noted that the previous milestone payments are unfunded, as the important deliverables from a previous milestone are both achieved and delivered. Only the disputed development milestone payment will, however, be taken note of and contested for a refund.

Nothing renders a project void until the payments to be made are assured.

No refund shall be entertained once the required information for the successful execution of the project is made available to us on time. In case of delays or failures in the project shutting down due to a lack of communication on the client’s part, these cannot be attributed to us. Where the information supplied by the client is either incomplete or full project information is not given at the initiation of the project, we would not be responsible for upholding its delivery or refund provisions.

Refund Processing

All total and partial refunds will be processed and mailed within business days of the cancellation date using the method of payment initially agreed upon at the start of the project, that is refund via check or a refund via credit card.

We may at any time unilaterally amend these policies in whole or in part without notice. You are thus advised to read this policy from time to time. Your continued use of our official website after any such changes shall automatically imply your acceptance.
